The underground anchor rod is vertically inserted into the foundation; the upper part is exposed out of the foundation by a certain height; the part, exposed out of thefoundation, of the underground anchor rod is fixedly connected into the foundation beam for fixing a foundation beam and a foundation; the ground frame is mainly composed of a plurality of stand columns. The stand columns are evenly distributed in the bridge width direction. The lower parts of the stand columns are fixedly connected with the foundation beams; the upper parts are inserted into manhole holes in the bottom of the bridge beam, certain gaps are formed between the stand columns and the manhole holes, in addition, a plurality of transverse beams are connected between every two adjacent stand columns, pull rods are further connected between the ground frame and the foundation beam, and the pull rods are obliquely arranged between the outer sides of the stand columns at the left end and the right end of the ground frame and the foundation beam.
