A pushing rod penetrating through the first spraying water tank is fixedly installed at the top of the elastic blocking piece, a rubber pad penetrating through the first spraying water tank is fixedly installed at the bottom of the elastic blocking piece, a water pump is fixedly installed in the water tank, and through the arrangement, flying dust generated by driving of the muck truck can be effectively reduced, and the environment is protected.
