Method for water storage and heat preservation of concrete in high and cold area
The invention belongs to the construction field of a hydropower engineering technology, and relates to a method for water storage and heat preservation of concrete in a high and cold area. The methodcomprises the following steps of: step (1). concrete strength inspection, to be specific, before water storage, measuring the strength of poured concrete by using an ZCA-A type concrete rebound apparatus; step (2). filling water into dam concrete, to be specific, making a striking water level mark on an excavated dam slope before water storage so as to observe the water level in a foundation pit;pumping water from the downstream to the concrete surface by using two water pumps with the pumping capacities of 100m<3>/h and 150m<3>/h for water storage, and storing water to the elevation of EL2519.0; and step (3). observing the change in the water level, to be specific, during the water storage period, observing the change in the water level of a water storage layer by a specially-assigned person on duty once every 6 hours during the day, observing once at night, and filling in observation data in detail; when the person on duty finds that the water level is lower than the water level mark which is marked on the slope in advance, immediately starting a water supplementing pump.
本发明属于水电工程技术的施工领域,涉及一种高寒地区混凝土蓄水保温方法,括如下步骤:1)混凝土强度检查:蓄水前采用ZCA‑A型混凝土回弹仪对已浇筑混凝土的强度进行检测;2)大坝混凝土充水:蓄水前在已开挖的大坝边坡上做醒目的水位标线,以便观测基坑内水位。蓄水采用抽排量为100m/h和150m/h的两台水泵从下游抽水至混凝土面,蓄水至EL2519.0高程;3)观测水位变化:蓄水期间安排专人值班,白天每6小时观测一次蓄水层水位变化情况,夜间观测1次,并详细填写观测记录,当值班人员发现水位低于边坡提前标记好的水位线时,立即启动补水水泵。
