Temperature change data of mass concrete in casting and maintaining processes are monitored in real time through the temperature sensing optical fibers, the casting position of the concrete can be monitored, and whether the temperature change in the maintaining process meets preset construction specification parameters or not can be judged, so that the aim of monitoring and guiding the construction in real time is fulfilled.
