The invention discloses a steel structure board room capable of being quickly disassembled and assembled, and belongs to the technical field of steel structure board rooms. According to the steel structure board room capable of being quickly disassembled and assembled provided by the invention, the left side of top rods are erected on the top parts of second fixed pieces, limited blocks are located on the left sides of the second fixed pieces,the right sides of the top rods pass through the positions between first fixed pieces and baffle plates so as to arrive at the right side, the nuts are rotated so as to move leftwards on the right sides of the first fixed pieces along external threads until the left sides of the nuts contact the right sides of the first fixed pieces, and the right sides of the limited blocks contact the left sides of the second fixed pieces, so that the top rods are fixed, and the top rods are fixed with a steel structure simply.
