The invention discloses a center supporting building exterior wall insulation board which comprises a center filling supporting plate and polypropylene foam layers bonded and fixed to the upper and lower surfaces of the center filling supporting plate. The center filling supporting plate comprises a grid layer, wherein each grid of the grid layer is filled with insulation supporting balls, and polyimide is poured into the grid layer, so that the insulation supporting balls in the whole grid layer are filled with polyimide. By bonding the high strength center filling supporting plate between the polypropylene foam layers on two sides, the bearing performance of the insulation board can be improved, and meanwhile, the back of the high strength center filling supporting plate is filled with aluminum oxide hollow balls, so that space in the grid can be filled and occupied. As the insulation supporting balls contain air, so that an air layer is contained in the grid, and the air content atthe center is increased. As the insulation supporting balls are relatively high in strength, the supporting performance is improved without affecting insulation performance.
