The invention discloses a composite inorganic decorative plate. The composite inorganic decorative plate comprises a body, wherein the body consists of a composite plate, anti-corrosion layers and fireproof layers; the anti-corrosion layer is bonded to each of two sides of the composite plate; the fireproof layer is bonded to one side of each of the two anti-corrosion layers; two first round grooves are formed in one side of the body; a first magnet is fixedly arranged at one side of the inner wall of each of the two first round grooves; and two second round grooves are correspondingly formedin the other side of the body. The composite inorganic decorative plate provided by the invention has the advantages that the first magnets and the second magnets are magnetically connected, so that two decorative plates can be conveniently installed, and the decorative plate installing efficiency is improved; suction discs are fixedly arranged inside the four round grooves formed in one side of the decorative plate for replacing glue, the cost is lower, the service life is longer, and the decorative plate can be conveniently fixed onto the wall surface; and through the arrangement of the anti-corrosion layers and the fireproof layers at two sides of the composite plate, the fireproof capability of the decorative plate can be improved, and the service life of the decorative plate can be prolonged.
