The present invention relates to the technical field of rubber products, and discloses a rubber floor tile and a manufacturing process therefore. The rubber floor tile comprises a surface material layer and a bottom material layer; the surface material layer is bonded to the top surface of the bottom material layer in a gluing manner; the bottom material layer is formed by mixing and pressing rubber particles and glue; and the bottom material layer comprises the following raw material compositions in parts by weight: 9-12 parts of rubber particles, and 0.5-1.2 parts of glue. The material surface layer can freely select materials having different materials, patterns and colors according to user demands. The rubber floor tile of the present invention is simple in structure, facilitates processing, has the functions of sliding prevention, vibration reduction, fatigue relief and safety protection, and is wide in style selection range, long in service life, not easy to separate, layer or remove the particles, and durable; and the manufacturing process of the present invention is simple, simplifies the steps, facilitates implementation, and is high in production efficiency, safe, environment-friendly, and suitable for popularization.
