Construction method of concrete-filled steel tube tower column
The invention relates to a construction method of a concrete-filled steel tube tower column. The construction method includes the following steps of: (1) erecting a steel tube at the position requiredby the user; (2) filling the opening of the upper end of the steel tube with concrete to form a concrete layer, vibrating the concrete layer by using a vibrating rod, simultaneously moving a plurality of circles around the outer circumference of the steel tube, selecting a plurality of hitting points at the outer circumference of the steel tube in each circle, and hitting a plurality of times ateach hitting point; and (3) after the relative height between the surface of the middle concrete layer to the opening of the upper end of the steel tube is stable, repeating a plurality of times untilthe steel tube is internally full of the concrete, and obtaining a concrete-filled steel tube tower column after the concrete is solidified. By adopting the construction method provided by the invention and being combined with the method of vibrating the concrete and hitting the outer circumferential surface of the steel tube by using a mallet, the concrete cannot be attached to the inner wall ofthe steel tube and falls into the steel tube; the air inside the concrete escapes completely by vibration of the vibrating rod, and thus the aim of compact solidification of the concrete is realized,and the construction quality is improved.
本发明涉及一种钢管混凝土塔柱施工方法,包括以下步骤:在用户所需位置处竖立一根钢管;从钢管上端开口处注入混凝土形成混凝土层,使用振捣棒对混凝土层进行振捣,同时围绕钢管外周移动若干圈,每圈在钢管外周面选择若干个敲击点,每个敲击点处敲击若干次;步骤三:待中混凝土层表面与钢管上端开口处之间的相对高度达到稳定时,重复若干次,直至混凝土充满钢管内部,待混凝土凝固后,获得钢管混凝土塔柱。采用本发明提供的技术方案,通过结合振捣混凝土与木槌敲击钢管外周面的方法,使混凝土无法附着在钢管内壁上,并且掉落至钢管内部,通过振捣棒的振捣使混凝土内部空气完全逸出,达到使混凝土凝结密实的目的,提升了施工质量。
