The invention discloses an adjustable limiter applied to sliding window. The adjustable limiter comprises a rectangular limiting block, a rectangular cutting groove penetrating through the lower end face and the rear end face of the limiting block is formed in the middle of the front end face of the limiting block, grooves are formed in the inner walls of the two sides of the rectangular cutting groove, and inserting grooves communicating with the grooves are formed in the upper end face of the limiting block; clamping blocks are inserted into grooves in the two sides of the limiting block, obliquely-arranged tensioning rods are formed on the clamping blocks, pin shafts are inserted into the tensioning rods, the two ends of each pin shaft are inserted and fixed to the limiting block, and aplurality of sawtooth-shaped clamping grooves are formed in the inner side walls, on the upper sides of the pin shafts, of the tensioning rods; and rectangular locking blocks are inserted into the inserting grooves of the limiting blocks, conical locking heads are formed at the lower ends of the locking blocks, receding grooves opposite to the rectangular cutting grooves of the limiting blocks are formed in the middles of the locking heads, and buckling teeth opposite to the clamping grooves are formed on the two side walls of the locking heads.
