The invention provides a vehicle air passage control system and method capable of inhibiting opening of multiple passenger doors. The system comprises a vehicle air storage device for providing an airsource, a vehicle door inhibiting device, a driver position deflation valve, an emergency control valve, a three-way valve, a passenger door pump and an air bag seat connector, wherein the emergencycontrol valve comprises an outside-vehicle emergency control valve and an inside-vehicle emergency control valve; the vehicle air storage device, the vehicle door inhibiting device, the outside-vehicle emergency control valve, the driver position deflation valve, the inside-vehicle emergency control valve and the three-way valve are connected in series through pipelines; the passenger door pump and the air bag seat connector are connected behind the three-way valve in parallel through pipelines; and the vehicle door inhibiting device is used for controlling on-off of the air source in the vehicle air storage device in the power-on and power-off states, and the inhibiting function is achieved.
