The invention discloses a fireproof window convenient to assemble and a manufacturing process thereof. The fireproof window convenient to assemble comprises an outer frame and an inner frame, whereinthe side edge of the inner frame is mounted on the outer frame through a hinge; inner supporting plates are arranged at the inner side of the inner frame at intervals; a glass mounting groove is formed between the two inner supporting plates; a fireproof rubber pad is fixed at the bottom in the glass mounting groove; and fireproof glass which is distributed at intervals is fixed at the two sides of the fireproof rubber pad. According to the fireproof window convenient to assemble, a ladder-shaped embedding structure is adopted between the edge of the inner frame and the outer frame, so that the sealing performance between the inner frame and the outer frame can be effectively improved; the edge of the fireproof glass is supported and fixed by adopting the fireproof rubber pad, so that thesealing effect is further improved and dense smoke is prevented from crossing the window; the structure is more stable and a window body is not easy to deform; the edge of the fireproof glass is pressed and fixed by adopting a manner of abutting a pushing plate through a puller bolt, the fixation is firm and the operation is convenient; and the problem that the fireproof glass and the inner frameare not firmly fixed due to the fact that the distance between the fireproof glass and the inner frame is too great can be avoided.
