The invention relates to the technical field of fire rescue, in particular to a rung automatic leveling high-altitude rescue vehicle with a rotary extending docking platform. The high-altitude rescuevehicle comprises a chassis, a ladder frame, the rotary extending docking platform and a docking platform leveling mechanism, wherein the ladder frame moves in an amplitude-change mode in the verticaldirection; the ladder frame is provided with rung connecting rods and a plurality of leveled rungs which are arranged in parallel and spaced in a length direction of the ladder frame, the plurality of leveled rungs are hinged to the ladder frame, and the rung connecting rods are used for connecting adjacent leveled rungs in a hinge mode; and one end of the docking platform leveling mechanism is hinged to the front end of the ladder frame, and the other end of the docking platform leveling mechanism is hinged to the rotary extending docking platform, and the docking platform leveling mechanismis used for driving the leveled rungs to be adjusted in a horizontal state. In the embodiment, when traditional fixed stepped rungs are changed into the leveled rungs hinged to the ladder frame, whenthe ladder frame moves in an amplitude-change mode, the docking platform leveling mechanism drives the leveled rungs to be adjusted in a horizontal state, so that people can stepping more comfortableand safer, the rescue safety is improved, and the rescue efficiency is improved.
