The construction method comprises the following steps: 1, measuring, positioning and excavating a slurry draining ditch; 2, carrying out pile testing; 3, preparing wall protecting slurry for a construction grouting hole; 4, drilling the construction grouting hole and reinforcing the hole wall; 5, preparing and jetting reinforcing cement slurry; 6, cleaning a rotary jet grouting pipe and 7, carrying out translocation.
