The invention discloses a smoke exhaust device for a high-rise building. The smoke exhaust device for the high-rise building comprises an air feeder, automatic differential pressure air doors and a compound air door, wherein the air feeder is arranged in an air feeder room of the high-rise building and supplies external air through an upward air flue when a fire breaks out; the automatic differential pressure air doors are arranged in smoke exhaust areas of all layers of the high-rise building separately and used for adjusting the pressure of the smoke exhaust areas when the fire breaks out; and the compound air door is arranged on the side of an air supply port of the air feeder and provided with a manual adjustment opening and closing part and an automatic adjustment opening and closingpart, and when the fire breaks out, the amount of air supplied to the upward air flue is adjusted by the air feeder.
