The invention provides cycling water-saving irrigation equipment for park afforesting. The cycling water-saving irrigation equipment comprises a water storing unit, a water distributing pipeline, an irrigation pipeline, a precipitation collecting pipeline and a control unit. Through the water storing unit, irrigation water is introduced from outside rivers, compared with running water, river wateris higher in water temperature and richer in organic matter, is free from chlorine, and is favorable for plant growth. When the water level of the outside river is low, the running water can be introduced, and the condition that water quality is poor and odorized can be avoided. The irrigation pipeline adopts a subsurface drip irrigation manner, the water consumption is low, recycling is realized, and the utilization rate of the water is high. The control unit controls the cycling irrigation process to cycle in five operating states, human intervention is needed only for addition, and other operating states can be performed automatically. People do not need to be on duty, and the cycling water-saving irrigation equipment is worry-saving and effortless. The cycling water-saving irrigationequipment can sufficiently utilize natural precipitation. The precipitation is guided into a first part of a first water tank through a rainwater pipe for storage, and the evaporation amount is low.
