Novel tire-base-free joint strip for pavement
The invention discloses a novel tire-base-free joint strip for a pavement. The joint strip comprises a crack filler, a surface-layer adhesive tape and isolation paper, wherein the surface-layer adhesive tape is fixedly adhered to the upper end of the crack filler; the isolation paper is adhered to the outer surface of the surface-layer adhesive tape; the crack filler sequentially comprises a polyester felt reinforcing layer, a tackifying layer and a first asphalt layer from top to bottom; the surface-layer adhesive tape sequentially comprises an isolating layer, a waterproof layer and a secondasphalt layer from top to bottom; an asphalt regenerant is embedded in each of the polyester felt reinforcing layer, the first asphalt layer and the second asphalt layer; and the surface-layer adhesive tape is flexible and bendable. According to the novel tire-base-free joint strip for the pavement, through the arrangement of the crack filler, a pasty asphalt mixture, the polyester felt reinforcing layer and the tackifying layer are fused into cracks together, and when a temperature is not lower than 4 DEG C, the novel tire-base-free joint strip can be directly used without heating, so construction efficiency is improved, no smoke is discharged, and the purpose of better environmental protection performance is achieved.
本发明公开了一种路面新型无胎基贴缝带,包括裂缝填充物、表层贴带和隔离纸,所述表层贴带固定粘接在裂缝填充物的上端,所述隔离纸贴在表层贴带的外表面,所述裂缝填充物从上往下依次为聚酯油毡增强层、增粘层和第一沥青层,所述表层贴带从上往下依次为隔离层、防水层和第二沥青层,所述聚酯油毡增强层、第一沥青层和第二沥青层内部均镶嵌有沥青再生剂,所述表层贴带柔性可弯曲。该路面新型无胎基贴缝带,通过裂缝充填物的设置,膏状的沥青混合物与聚酯油毡增强层和增粘层一同融入到裂缝的内部,当温度不小于4℃时,即可无须加热,直接使用,从而提高了施工效率,无烟气排放,达到了更加环保的目的。
