The concrete foundation is connected with the belt conveyor vestibule in an embedded mode, the upper portion of the concrete foundation is connected with the steel structure silo body, and the steel structuredome is arranged at the top of the steel structure silo body; a plurality of silo bottom flow-assisting material guiding piles are arranged at the bottom of the steel structure silo body and form a plurality of material guiding outlets in the bin bottom; a plurality of discharge ports are formed in the concrete foundation, the plurality of discharge ports communicate with the plurality of guide outlets correspondingly, and electric discharge valves are arranged on the plurality of discharge ports correspondingly; a belt conveyor is installed on the belt conveyor vestibule and used for conveying discharged coke out of the silo, an anti-falling spiral chute is formed in the center inside the steel structure silo body, the upper end of the anti-falling spiral chute is connected with a feedingport in the top of the steel structure dome, and the lower end of the anti-falling spiral chute extends to the bottom of the steel structure silo body.
