Filling material of cement foundation expansion joint as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the field of cement materials, and particularly relates to preparation and application of a filling material of a cement foundation expansion joint. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, weighing raw materials; 2, adding polyether polyol, a coloring agent, argil and a dispersing agent into a container with a thermometer and a stirrer, and carrying out dehydration and degassing treatment under a reduced pressure condition at the temperature of 100-120 DEG C; 3, slowly adding isocyanate and a solvent; performing free reaction in a normal-pressure sealed stirring state; slowly heating and raising the temperature to 80 to 90 DEG C; dropwise adding a chain extender and a solvent at 85 DEG C or below after carrying out a heat preservation reaction for120 minutes, carrying out a heat preservation stirring reaction for 120 minutes at 80-85 DEG C, cooling to 60 DEG C, adding 18 parts by mass of an anti-settling agent, stirring for 15 minutes, sequentially dropwise adding a coupling agent, a defoaming agent, a curing agent and a solvent, and carrying out stirring treatment. The steps are simplified, the cost is saved, and the prepared filling material is good in effect.
本发明属于水泥材料领域，具体涉及一种水泥基础伸缩缝的填充材料的制备及应用。包括以下步骤：第一步，称取原料；第二步，将聚醚多元醇、着色剂、陶土以及分散剂加入到带有温度计、搅拌器的容器中，在温度100‑120℃减压条件下脱水脱气处理；第三步，然后缓慢加入异氰酸酯和溶剂，在常压密闭搅拌状态下自由反应，再缓慢加热升温至80‑90度，保温反应120分钟后，在85度以下滴加扩链剂和溶剂，在80‑85度下保温搅拌反应120分钟后，降温至60度，加入18质量份的防沉剂,搅拌15分钟后，依次滴加偶联剂、消泡剂、固化剂以及溶剂，搅拌处理后即可。本发明不仅简化了步骤节约了成本，且制备得到的填充材料效果良好。
