Stone-like coating and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a stone-like coating. The stone-like coating is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80 to 100 parts of colored sand, 18 to 30 parts of graphene oxide epoxy emulsion, 16 to 20 parts of silicone acrylic emulsion, 1 to 2 parts of a coalescing agent, 1 to 3 parts of a thickening agent and 0.1 to 0.5 part of a defoaming agent. The preparation method of the stone-like coating comprises the following steps: (1) sequentially adding the graphene oxide epoxy emulsion, the silicone acrylic emulsion, the thickening agent, the defoaming agent and the coalescing agent into a stirring reaction kettle, and uniformly stirring; and (2) adding the colored sand, and stirring uniformly to obtain the stone-like coating. The stone-like coating is good in comprehensive performance and long in service life, particularly has large adhesive force and excellent water resistance, alkali resistance, coating temperature change resistance, artificial aging resistance, pollution resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be suitable for application occasions with more severe environments or special requirements.
