Ultrahigh-toughness cement-based composite material and design method thereof
The invention relates to an ultrahigh-toughness cement-based composite material and a design method thereof. The design method comprises the steps that firstly, the grading distribution state of all solid components of the ultrahigh-toughness cement-based composite material at different mixing ratios is determined according to a closest packing model, and multiple sets of matrixes with different compositions are formed; the mixing amount of thin and long fibers in each group of matrixes is changed, and under the condition that the compressive strength is met, a group of matrixes with the lowest mixing amount of the thin and long fibers is selected as a preferred group; thin and long fibers in a preferred group are partially replaced by thin and short fibers, and the flexural strength at different replacement rates is measured; and the preferred mixing amount of the thin and long fibers and the thin and short fibers is determined according to the mixing amount of the thin and long fibers corresponding to the preferred group and the replacement rate meeting the flexural strength, and the ultrahigh-toughness cement-based composite material is prepared according to the determined mixing ratio of the preferred group and the preferred mixing amount of the thin and long fibers and the thin and short fibers. The invention provides a scientific and simple method for determining the reasonable mixing amount of the fibers, so that the problems of waste caused by excessive use of the fibers and insufficient strength of the composite material caused by too small mixing amount of the fibers are avoided.
