According to the invention, the plant-based protein foaming agent is used as the foaming agent of the foam concrete so that the prepared concrete has better impermeability and excellent thermal insulation capability, and the compressive strength of the concrete is not lower than other foam concrete; according to the invention, the modified diatomite is added into the aggregate of the foamed concrete so that the aggregate has goodthermal insulation and sound insulation properties, and the aggregate and closed pores have good thermal insulation and sound insulation properties; the plant-based protein foaming agent is prepared by heating and hydrolyzing sunflower cake meal and lotus pond sludge in the presence of calcium oxide, the foaming agent is prepared by taking high-quality natural plants as raw materials and is odorless, non-toxic and harmless, is not sensitive to hard water, does not generate precipitates, does not corrode concrete and metals, and does not pollute the environment; and the prepared foam concrete has excellent quality.
