Aldehyde-removing gypsum board and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an aldehyde-removing gypsum board and a preparation method thereof, and the aldehyde-removing gypsum board is composed of the following components: calcined gypsum powder, modified starch, water, a formaldehyde reactant and zeolite. The preparation method of the formaldehyde-removing gypsum board comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing and stirring water and modified starch to obtain a wet material; uniformly mixing and stirring a formaldehyde reactant and zeolite to obtain an additive; uniformly mixing and stirring the wet material and an additive to obtaina premix; 2) adding calcined gypsum into the premix to obtain uniformly mixed and stirred slurry; and (3) molding and drying the slurry obtained in the step (2) until the slurry is dried to constant weight to obtain the formaldehyde-removing gypsum board. According to the formaldehyde-removing gypsum board provided by the invention, the physical formaldehyde adsorption capacity of the gypsum boardcan be improved, the adsorbed formaldehyde quickly reacts through the formaldehyde-removing reactant, and the purpose of quickly and thoroughly removing the formaldehyde is achieved.
本发明公开了一种净醛石膏板及其制备方法,净醛石膏板由下列组分组成,熟石膏粉、改性淀粉、水、甲醛反应剂以及沸石。所述净醛石膏板的制备方法包括下列步骤:1)将水和改性淀粉混合搅拌均匀得到湿料;将甲醛反应剂和沸石混合搅拌均匀得到外加剂;再将湿料以及外加剂混合搅拌均匀,得到预混料;2)将熟石膏加入到预混料中,得到混合搅拌均匀的料浆;3)将步骤2)中得到的料浆,成型干燥处理,直至干燥至恒重,即得净醛石膏板。本发明提供的净醛石膏板,能够提高石膏板物理吸附甲醛的能力,并且通过净醛反应剂使得被吸附的甲醛快速反应,达到快速并且彻底消除甲醛的目的。
