The modified polypropylene fiber is added;the high-strength autoclaved aerated concrete plate is prepared; by doping the polypropylene fibers, the microstructure of the autoclaved aerated concrete can be improved; an adsorption water film isformed on the surface of the polypropylene fiber after the concrete is formed; the polypropylene fiber blocks the water seepage channel; the tortuosity of the water seepage channel is improved; therefore, the number of capillary holes is increased; the cumulative amount of moisture loss is reduced, the autoclaved aerated concrete is enabled to show good shrinkage cracking resistance; a large amount of fibers in miscellaneous distribution form a complex three-dimensional system in the concrete, so that aggregate sinking in the concrete is effectively inhibited, the homogeneity of the concreteis improved, the inherent defects of the concrete are reduced, and the loss of water is delayed, thereby effectively preventing the concrete from cracking due to water loss and effectively improving the strength of the autoclaved aerated concrete.
本发明涉及一种高强度蒸压加气混凝土板材的制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域。本发明通过添加改性聚丙烯纤维,制备一种高强度蒸压加气混凝土板材,聚丙烯纤维的掺入可以改善蒸压加气混凝土的微观结构,聚丙烯纤维表面在混凝土成型后形成了吸附水膜,聚丙烯纤维的存在堵塞了渗水通道,增加了渗水通道的曲折性,从而增大毛细孔数量,减小累计水分损失量,使蒸压加气混凝土表现出良好的抗收缩开裂能力,杂向分布的大量纤维在混凝土内部形成了复杂的三维体系,不仅有效抑制混凝土中的骨料下沉,提高混凝土的匀质性,减少其固有缺陷,延缓水分的散失,从而有效防止混凝土因失水而开裂,可以有效提高蒸压加气混凝土的强度。
