The invention discloses a porous ceramic hydrogen storage material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of hydrogen storage material processing. The porous ceramic hydrogen storage material disclosed by the invention is composed of silicon dioxide, diatomite, aluminum powder and activated carbon, and is prepared by the following steps: mixing silicon dioxide, diatomite, aluminum powder, activated carbon, a dispersing agent and a pore-forming agent, ball-milling the mixed raw materials, adding the ball-milled raw materials into a polyvinyl alcohol solution, performing mixing, stirring and grinding to obtain slurry, drying the slurry, and performing sintering at high temperature in a reducing atmosphere. The porous ceramic hydrogen storage material provided bythe invention has very high porosity and uniform pore size distribution, can be used as a hydrogen storage material, has the advantages of high mechanical strength, large hydrogen storage capacity, simple hydrogen absorption and desorption operation, safe use and good cycling stability, and can be repeatedly used.
本发明公开一种多孔陶瓷贮氢材料及其制备方法,涉及贮氢材料加工技术领域。本发明公开的多孔陶瓷贮氢材料是由二氧化硅、硅藻土、铝粉和活性炭组成,通过将二氧化硅、硅藻土、铝粉、活性炭、分散剂和造孔剂混合,球磨后加入到聚乙烯醇溶液中混合搅拌,研磨制得浆料,然后将浆料干燥后在还原气氛中高温烧结制得。本发明提供的多孔陶瓷贮氢材料具有很高的孔隙率,孔径分布均匀,可作为贮氢材料使用,其机械强度高、贮氢容量大、吸放氢操作简单、使用安全,循环稳定好,可重复多次使用。
