Special armored main cable protection system
The invention discloses an armored main cable protection system which is mainly composed of a surface fireproof flame-retardant layer (1), an explosion-proof impact-resistant functional layer (2), ananti-corrosion chemical-resistant framework material layer (3), a heat insulation functional layer (4) and an isolation damp-proof layer (5) and is protected on a surface of a bridge main cable in a spiral winding mode or a sheath mode. Lamination or chain lap joint is adopted, and after hot-pressing fusion, the protection system can be installed on the outer surface of the main cable to protect asteel cable of the main cable. The protection system has excellent multiple protection functions, can effectively resist flame, explosion and corrosion, prevent metal degradation and prevent moisture, and comprehensively protects the bridge main cable in an armoring mode. Due to an ingenious lap joint technology, high bonding strength and excellent environment-friendly performance, a bridge product is ensured to have a long service life. A thickness of the armored main cable protection system ranges from 1.10 mm to 4.0 mm.
