The invention discloses a steel-concrete composite beam prefabricated bridge deck slab installation and combination interface seam treatment process. The process comprises the following steps of (1) detecting and checking a size and an elevation of a steel main beam; (2) determining an installation datum line on a prefabricated bridge deck slab; (3) setting an installation datum line on the steelmain beam; (4) adhering an ethylene-propylene-diene monomer elastic rubber sealing gasket to the top surface of the steel main beam; and (5) mounting the prefabricated bridge deck slab. According to the process, the upper surface and the lower surface of the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer elastic rubber sealing gasket are glued with the prefabricated bridge deck slab and the steel main beam; andelasticity, waterproofness and adhesiveness of the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer elastic rubber sealing gasket are fully utilized, compaction and close attachment of the prefabricated bridge deckslab and the steel main beam and installation stability of the bridge deck slab are guaranteed, and the treatment of a composite beam prefabricated bridge deck slab installation and combination interface is completed.
