The invention discloses a method for replacing slings by using a truss and the truss used in the method. The structure of the designed truss is an isosceles trapezoid supporting framework formed by connecting a plurality of rod pieces. The rod pieces form chord members which are vertically arranged in parallel, inclined rods and vertical rods which are alternately arranged in a middle area and sequentially arranged, two ends of each inclined rod and the two ends of each vertical rod are connected with the chord members at an upper end and a lower end respectively, and the middle area is divided into a plurality of right-angled triangles. A cable force of the slings needing to be replaced is converted to the adjacent slings through the arranged truss, and a problem of bridge sling replacement due to a fact that there is no reserved hoisting hole in an original bridge design is solved.
本发明公开了一种利用桁架更换吊索的方法及所使用的桁架,所设计的桁架的结构由多个杆件连接而成的等腰梯形支撑构架,所述的杆件构建成上下平行设置的弦杆,和在中间区域交替设置、且依次设置的斜杆和竖杆,所述的斜杆和所述竖杆的两端分别与上下两端的弦杆相连,将中间区域分割为若干个直角三角形。本发明通过所设置的桁架将需要更换的吊索索力转换至相邻吊索上,解决了原先桥梁设计中无预留吊装孔所带来的桥梁吊索更换的问题。
