Continuous beam bridge roof concrete crack reinforcing structure and repairing method thereof
The invention provides a continuous beam bridge roof cracking reinforcing structure which is applied to roof cracking areas. Several groups of first stiffening frameworks which are arranged on an equal-thickness section of a top plate, and several groups of second stiffening frameworks which are arranged on a variable-thickness section of the top plate are included. The several groups of first stiffening frameworks and the several groups of second stiffening frameworks are arranged at intervals in a bridge direction. Each group of first stiffening frameworks comprises a plurality of through bolts which are arranged at intervals along a transverse bridge direction, the through bolts are arranged on the top plate in a penetrating manner and are fixedly connected with the top plate, each group of second stiffening frameworks comprises a plurality of anchor bolts which are arranged at intervals along the transverse bridge direction, and the top end parts of the anchor bolts are inserted into the top plate and are fixedly connected with the top plate. The stiffening frameworks are arranged in the cracking area of the top plate, prestress losses caused by concrete cracking are effectively reduced, an overall structure meets a design stress requirement, the cracking part is filled with a grouting layer, and the post-repaired area and an original structure are effectively combined intoa whole body.
本发明提出了一种连续梁桥梁顶板崩裂的加固结构,应用于顶板崩裂区域,包括设置于所述顶板等厚段的多组第一加劲骨架和设置于所述顶板变厚段的多组第二加劲骨架,所述多组第一加劲骨架和多组第二加劲骨架均沿顺桥向间隔设置,每组所述第一加劲骨架包括沿横桥向间隔设置的多个对穿螺栓,所述对穿螺栓穿设于所述顶板上,并与其固定连接,每组所述第二加劲骨架包括沿横桥向间隔设置的多个锚固螺栓,所述锚固螺栓顶端部插入所述顶板内,并与其固定连接。本发明通过在顶板崩裂区域设置加劲骨架,有效减少了混凝土崩裂所带来的预应力损失,使得整体结构符合设计受力要求,并在崩裂部位填充灌浆层,使得后修补的区域与原始结构有效的结合成一个整体。
