The invention relates to a railway metal sound barrier system with an access hole, and belongs to the technical field of vibration and noise control in the field of environmental protection. The system consists of a steel stand column and a sound barrier unit plate matched with the steel stand column. The railway metal sound barrier system with the access hole is composed of an H-shaped steel stand column, a steel bottom plate, stiffening plates, nuts, a bottom unit plate with the access hole and an upper unit plate. The H-shaped steel stand column is welded to a corresponding position of a steel bottom plate bolt and used for being inserted into a bottom unit plate and an upper unit plate with the access holes. The bottom unit plate with the access hole corresponds to the position of thebolt, windows are formed in lower portions of a left end and a right end of a panel, holes are formed in a lower cross beam, grooves are formed in end sound absorption assemblies, holes are formed indecoupling rubber strips, a back plate is kept complete, an inner portion of an empty box is additionally packaged, and the bolts and nuts can be overhauled from the panel windows. A maintenance problem of the bolts and nuts on the outer side of the steel stand column is solved, a noise reduction effect is not affected, and a stress condition is good.
