The invention discloses a vehicle sidewalk giving prompt lamp. The lamp comprises a main body, and a recovery cavity with a leftward opening is formed in the main body; a power cavity is formed in theright side of the recovery cavity; a warning device is arranged in the power cavity; a connecting cavity is formed in the lower side of the power cavity; an output cavity is formed in the lower sideof the connecting cavity; a gear cavity is formed in the left side of the output cavity; and a transmission device is arranged in the gear cavity, and an interruption cavity is arranged at front of the left portion of the gear cavity. According to the invention, vehicles coming later can be reminded to decelerate and give way in time, although pedestrians cannot be seen due to shielding of the vehicles, the pedestrians can know that the pedestrians are going to pass through the zebra crossing by seeing the reminding lamp, and traffic accidents caused by the fact that individual vehicles do notgive way are reduced.
