The invention provides a large stone tamping filling and detecting method which comprises the following steps: step 1, adopting a dumping method to dump a filling body in layers; step 2, arranging a tamping recording point position every time filling of one layer of the filling body is accomplished, performing point-tamping treatment once on the filling body until tamping times reach set tamping times and average tamping sink amount of last two times is not greater than preset tamping sink amount, bulldozing tamping pits, and measuring and correcting each parameter of the filling body on an interval-tamping position; step 3, performing filling quality inspection on the filling body according to the corrected parameters; step 4, if filling quality is checked to be qualified, repeating steps1 to 3 until the building body reach designed elevation. The filling and detecting method provided by the invention can be adopted to solve the technical problems that a filling body tamping treatment method in the prior art is conservative, is high in filling process manufacturing cost and is long in construction period.
本发明提供一种大块石强夯填筑及检测方法,包括:步骤1,采用堆填法分层堆填填筑体;步骤2,每完成一层所述填筑体的堆填后,设置录夯点位置,对所述填筑体进行一遍点夯处理,直至夯击数达到预设夯击数且最后两击的平均夯沉量不大于预设夯沉量,推平夯坑,在夯间位置测量并修正所述填筑体的各参数;步骤3,根据修正后参数对所述填筑体进行填筑质量校验;步骤4,若所述填筑质量校验合格,重复所述步骤1至所述步骤3直至所述填筑体达到设计标高。采用本发明的填筑及检测方法,能够解决现有技术中填筑体强夯处理方法保守、填筑工艺造价高、施工周期长的技术问题。
