Automatic laddering water replenishment method
The invention relates to an automatic laddering water replenishment method, and belongs to the technical field of automatic ring cold water replenishment. The method comprises the following steps of 1, newly building a ring cold sewage buffer pool and installing an electric water replenishment valve on the pool; 2, setting an automatic water replenishment limit; 3, placing a floating device in thepool; 4, enabling the electric water replenishment valve to start to automatically replenish water when the water level reaches the lower limit; 5, enabling the electric water replenishment valve tostop the automatic water replenishment when the water level reaches the upper limit; and 6, triggering a sound-light alarm when the water level reaches the lower limit without water replenishment andthe water level reaches the upper limit without stopping the water replenishment, and manually opening or closing the electric water replenishment valve to replenish water or stop the water replenishment according to the water level of the floating device. The automatic laddering water replenishment method provided by the invention introduces domestic sewage, reclaimed water and fresh water to thebuffer pool by building a new ring cold sewage buffer pool, and uses the electric water replenishment valve to control the limit of the above three water sources, thereby realizing automatic ring cold water replenishment, solving the problem that fresh water is used for cooling and water spraying always by the ring cold, and reducing the new water consumption of pellets.
本发明涉及一种阶梯自动补水方法,属于环冷自动补水的技术领域,其包括以下步骤:一、新建环冷污水缓冲水池,水池上安装电动补水阀;二、设置自动补水限位;三、将浮漂装置置于水池中;四、水位达到下限时电动补水阀开始自动补水;五、水位达到上限时电动补水阀停止自动补水;六、水位达到下限未补水或达到上限未停止补水时,触发声光报警器,根据浮漂装置的水位来进行手动打开或关闭电动补水阀进行补水或停止补水。本发明通过新建环冷污水缓冲池,引生活污水、中水、新水至缓冲池,并用电动补水阀控制以上三种水源限位,实现环冷自动补水,解决了环冷一直以来利用新水冷却打水问题,降低球团新水消耗。
