The invention relates to a municipal wastewater blow-off pipe laying construction system, which comprises a base, supporting air cylinders, a top plate, a regulation air cylinder, a linkage plate, driven plates, locking mechanisms and a traction mechanism, wherein the base is of a circular arc shaped structure; the left end and the right end of the upper end surface of the base are independently provided with a supporting air cylinder; the top ends of the supporting air cylinders are provided with the top plate; the left side and the right side of the top plate are symmetrically provided withsliding chutes; the middle of the upper end surface of the top plate is provided with the regulation air cylinder; the top end of the regulation air cylinder is provided with the linkage plate; the left side and the right side of the lower end of the linkage plate are symmetrically provided with the driven plates; the driven plates penetrate through the sliding chutes on the top plate; the lower ends of the driven plates are independently provided with the locking mechanisms; the lower end surfaces of the locking mechanisms are installed on the upper end surface of the base; the outer sides ofthe lower parts of the locking mechanisms are provided with the traction mechanism; and the lower end of the traction mechanism is installed on the upper end surface of the base. According to the municipal wastewater blow-off pipe laying construction system disclosed by the invention, the problems generated when a corner is laid during pipeline laying that a bent pipe and a straight pipe can notbe accurately and stably manually connected through manual work and an automation degree is low can be solved.
