The invention discloses an automatic flood discharging well lid which comprises a movable well lid, a movable shaft, a warning buoy, a warning buoy tractive device, a daily water discharging hole, a buoyancy tank and a well lid base; the buoyancy tank is arranged at the lower part of the movable well lid; the movable well lid is mounted on the well lid base through a movable shaft and can overturnoutwards along the movable shaft; the daily water discharging hole is formed in the part, close to the movable shaft, of the movable well lid; the warning buoy is arranged at a part, at the far end of the movable shaft, of the movable well lid and is connected with the movable well lid through the warning buoy tractive device; when water floods the movable well lid, the movable well lid is openedalong with rising of the water level, and the warning buoy floats on the water surface and is kept above the movable well lid when the movable well lid is opened; and after flood discharging, the movable well lid is gradually closed along with descending of the water level. The automatic flood discharging well lid has the benefits of being simple in structure, realizing mechanical automation operation, being simple and convenient in trouble clearing, reducing manual dangerous operation and solving the flood discharging problem of the coastal and riverside areas.
