Expansion joint waterproof structure, waterproof construction structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building expansion joints, in particular to an expansion joint waterproof structure, a waterproof construction structure and a construction method thereof. The expansion joint waterproof structure comprises a drain pipe fixedly arranged in an expansion joint as well as a watertight layer, an elastic waterproof layer, a fixed layer, a second weather-proof adhesive layer and a filling layer which are fixedly arranged upwards from the bottom end of the expansion joint in sequence. The watertight layer, a water-swelling water stop adhesive tape, theelastic waterproof layer, a first weather-proof adhesive layer, the fixed layer, the second weather-proof adhesive layer, the filling layer, a non-cured waterproof adhesive layer and a steel plate arearranged in the expansion joint structure in sequence; and through cooperation of all layers of materials, different waterproof properties, bonding properties, strength and toughness are provided, sothat excellent waterproof effect can be achieved, and the expansion joint can keep original functions and even have more optimized expansion joint functions. The expansion joint is processed to be inthe shape of a step with a wide top and a narrow bottom, so that a better inhibition effect on leaked water can be achieved, and better water seepage resistance is achieved.
本发明涉及建筑伸缩缝技术领域,具体涉及一种伸缩缝防水结构、防水施工结构及其施工方法,包括固定设置在伸缩缝内部的排水管以及从伸缩缝底端依次向上固定设置的水不漏层、弹性防水层、固定层、第二耐候胶层及填充层。在伸缩缝结构内部依次设置有水不漏层、遇水膨胀止水胶条、弹性防水层、第一耐候胶层、固定层、第二耐候胶层、填充层、非固化防水胶层以及钢板,通过各层材料配合提供的不同的防水性能、粘结性能、强度和韧性,不仅可以实现优异的防水效果,还可以使伸缩缝保持其原有功能甚至实现更优化的伸缩缝功能。通过将伸缩缝加工为顶部宽底部窄的台阶状,可以对渗出的水分起到更好的抑制作用,实现更好的防渗水性能。
