The embodiment of the invention discloses a concrete prefabricated splice plate. The concrete prefabricated splice plate comprises a plate body, wherein the plate body is rectangular, inward concave grooves are formed in the left side of the plate body, inserting blocks which correspond to the grooves and extends rightwards is arranged on the right side of the plate body, a vertically-through through hole is formed in the grooves, and a connecting hole corresponding to the through hole is formed in the inserting blocks; positioning columns extending rightwards is arranged on the right side ofthe plate body, and positioning holes corresponding to the positioning columns is formed in the left side of the plate body; and the extending length of the positioning columns is larger than that ofthe inserting blocks. According to the concrete prefabricated splice plate, alignment assembly is achieved through cooperation of the positioning columns and the positioning holes, due to the fact that the extending length of the positioning columns is larger than that of the inserting blocks, the inserting blocks can be inserted into the grooves after the positioning columns and the positioning holes are matched to achieve positioning, the inserting blocks and the grooves can be matched after being completely aligned, collision is avoided, and fasteners are arranged in the through holes and the connecting holes in an aligned mode after the inserting blocks are inserted into the grooves.
