The invention provides a wall bearing type keel structure. The wall bearing type keel structure comprises a concave framework. The concave framework is of a channel steel structure. Connecting platesoverturned outwards by 90 degrees are arranged on the two opposite side walls of the concave framework. Protection fixing plates evenly arranged at equal intervals are arranged on the two opposite sides of the concave framework. The protection fixing plates are arranged above the connecting plates and parallel to the connecting plates. As a multilayer plate is additionally arranged, reinforcing supporting and surface flushing of a keel can be achieved, construction procedures are simplified, the construction and installation efficiency is greatly improved, meanwhile, the use quantity of the multilayer plate is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced; due to countersunk head installation design of the keel, the problem that the surface of the keel is not flush as a fastener on the keel protrudes outwards is solved, and flat installation of a bearing wall is facilitated; and due to the design of the protection fixing parts, the hidden danger that a wall fails as a fastener on the multilayer plate fails is eliminated, the keel structure is reasonable in design, and the stability of a bearing wall body is high.
本发明提供了一种墙面承重型龙骨结构,其包括凹型骨架,凹型骨架为槽钢结构,凹型骨架相对两侧壁上具有向外翻边90°的连接板,凹型骨架相对两侧具有等距离均匀排列设置的防护固定板,防护固定板设于连接板的上方,且防护固定板与连接板平行。本发明通过加装一块多层板即可实现龙骨的加固支撑和表面平齐,使得施工工序简单化,大大提高了施工安装效率,同时也节省了多层板的用量,降低了施工成本;通过龙骨的沉头安装设计,解决了龙骨上紧固件外凸致使龙骨表面不平齐的问题,方便了承重前面的平整安装;通过防护固定件设计,消除了多层板上紧固件失效造成墙面失效的隐患,龙骨结构设计合理,承重墙体稳定性高。
