Environment-friendly wallboard mounting structure and method for green building
The invention relates to an environment-friendly wallboard mounting structure and method for a green building. The environment-friendly wallboard mounting structure comprises a wall body and a plurality of wallboards which are spliced longitudinally and transversely, wherein the wall body is provided with a mounting frame; the wallboards are positioned at the inner side of the mounting frame; thewall body is provided with a clamping mechanism for fixing the wallboards; the wall body is provided with a plurality of circular bases; positions, close to four corners, of the wallboards are equipped with fan-shaped coordination slots; the four coordination slots which are close to each other are in blocking connection with the circular bases; the circular bases are provided with splicing mechanisms for further fixing the wallboards; and the splicing mechanisms and the clamping mechanism are detachably connected with the wallboards. The clamping mechanism is utilized to pre-fix the wallboards, the splicing mechanisms are utilized to further fix the wallboards, and the clamping mechanism and the splicing mechanisms are dismounted, so that the wallboards can be dismounted. The environment-friendly wallboard mounting structure has the effect of improving recycling value of the wallboards, and avoids causing destructive defects on the wall body.
本发明涉及一种绿色建筑环保型墙板安装结构及方法,其包括墙体和多个纵横拼接的墙板,墙体设置有安装框,墙板位于安装框的内侧,墙体设置有固定墙板的夹紧机构,墙体设置有多个圆座,墙板靠近四个角部的位置均开设有扇形的配位槽,相互靠近的四个配位槽与圆座相互卡接,圆座设置有对墙板进一步固定的插接机构,插接机构和夹紧机构均与墙板可拆卸连接。利用夹紧机构对墙板进行预固定,然后利用插接机构对墙板进一步固定,奖夹紧机构和插接机构拆除,可以对墙板进行拆卸,本发明具有提高墙板的回收利用价值的效果,避免对墙体造成破坏性缺损。
