The invention discloses a prefabricated building liftable construction platform and a construction method. The prefabricated building liftable construction platform comprises a fencing frame arrangedat outside of a building, a platform is fixedly connected on the fencing frame, two sides of each inside corner in the fencing frame are respectively provided with a climbing mechanism, the climbing mechanism comprises a guide rail fixedly connected on the fencing frame, a sliding plate is mounted on the guide rail, one side of the sliding plate is provided with a top plate, the top plate is in hinge joint with the sliding plate through a plurality of connecting rods, a clamping oil cylinder is mounted on the sliding plate, and the sliding plate is provided with a sliding block, and the clamping oil cylinder is connected with the sliding block, the sliding block is in hinge joint with the top plate through a plurality of ejector pins; and the prefabricated building liftable construction platform further comprises a lifting oil cylinder fixedly connected on the fencing frame, and a piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder is connected with the sliding plate. The prefabricated building liftable construction platform can go up and down freely along a prefabricated building frame, and is safe and convenient to use.
