The building formwork comprises a formwork body, mounting plates and marks; the mounting plates are arranged on the formwork body; the marks are arranged onthe mounting plates; the formwork body comprises a first side plate and a second side plate; the second side plate is arranged on the side edge of the first side plate; the mounting plates are arranged on the first side plate and the second side plate; and the marks are close to the first side plate. The invention further relates to a marking method of the building formwork. With the adoption ofthe building formwork, the type of the formwork can be identified quickly, so that the formwork can be mounted in the correct direction, and the mounting efficiency of the formwork is improved.
