The invention discloses an adjustable fence for smart city construction, and relates to the technical field of smart city construction. The fence comprises a concrete base, a fence plate, a first supporting column, a cover plate and a second supporting column, wherein the fence plate is clamped above the concrete base, the first supporting column and the second supporting column are clamped to thetwo sides of the fence plate correspondingly, clamping grooves in the inner sides of the first supporting column and the second supporting column are clamped to the two sides of the fence plate, thecover plate is inserted above the first supporting column and the second supporting column, the cover plate is inserted into the clamping grooves in the inner sides of the first supporting column andthe second supporting column through an inserting plate to abut against the outer side of the upper end of the fence plate, and LED lamp tubes are fixed into the first supporting column and the secondsupporting column. According to the fence, through the arrangement of the concrete base, the first supporting column, the second supporting column, the fence plate, the cover plate and the LED lamp tubes, the problems that the fence is low in windproof effect, poor in stability, inconvenient to assemble and disassemble and low in adjustability are solved.
