The invention provides a dustproof cover and a lockset assembly with the dustproof cover. The dustproof cover comprises a cover body, a connection part and a fixing ring, wherein one side face of thecover body protrudes to form an embedded ring wall which can pass through a key hole of a lockset; the two ends of the connection part are connected with the dustproof cover and the fixing ring respectively; the outer wall surface of the lockset is provided with a mounting ring groove and a door sheet abutting part; the mounting ring groove is positioned between an opening of the key hole of the lockset and the door sheet abutting part; the lockset is arranged on a door sheet in an abutting way through the door sheet abutting part; the dustproof cover is arranged in the mounting ring groove ofa lock head in a sleeving way through the fixing ring; and the fixing ring does not be in contact with or abut against the door sheet, and can rotate freely. The rotatable dustproof cover is more convenient to mount and use, and is easy to replace when broken. The appearance of the dustproof cover can be thinned, and the lockset protrudes from the door sheet by a shorter distance, so that the dustproof cover appears to be more attractive.
