The invention discloses an upward-moving type sealing door structure of an environmental test chamber. The upward-moving type sealing door structure comprises a door plate, a supporting frame, a doorplate lifting mechanism and a guide mechanism; the door plate is slidably assembled with the supporting frame in the vertical direction, and the door plate lifting mechanism is fixedly arranged on thesupporting frame; the door plate lifting mechanism is in transmission connection with the door plate to drive the door plate to move vertically; the upward-moving type sealing door structure furthercomprises a pair of sliding rods, the two sliding rods are vertically arranged in a left stand column and a right stand column of the supporting frame in a sliding mode in the vertical direction respectively; the sliding rods are connected with the side edges of the door plate through two connecting rods which are arranged in parallel at intervals in the vertical direction; two groups of parallelfour-connecting-rod mechanisms are formed by the left and right side edges of the door plate, the left and right stand columns of the support frame and the connecting rods; and the guide mechanism isconnected to the bottom end of the supporting frame and provided with a slope inclining towards the test chamber, when the door plate moves downwards, the bottom of the door plate abuts against the slope to enable the door plate to move towards the test chamber, and a chamber door is closed in a close fit mode and kept. The upward-moving type sealing door structure has the advantages that the horizontal door opening space is saved, and the sealing performance is good.
