The invention discloses a highway bridge bearing capacity detection system which comprises a square frame, wherein a measuring mechanism is installed at the top of the inner wall of the square frame,and comprises vertical rods, threads, a sleeve plate, a first thick plate, an arc groove, a second thick plate and a detector; the left sides and the right sides of the bottoms of the two vertical rods are rotationally connected with the left sides and the right sides of the inner wall of the square frame correspondingly, and threads are machined below the outer walls of the two vertical rods. Thevertical rod is controlled by the measuring mechanism to rotate to drive the sleeve plate to ascend and descend through the threads, ascending and descending of the first thick plate are achieved, the bridge plate can be placed and tightened, and the trouble of lifting the device is omitted. The system is simple in operation, saves time and improves working efficiency, wherein the weighting mechanism controls the circular plate to rotate and the grooves are used for controlling falling of the iron balls, so that gravity adding control is facilitated, the detection result is guaranteed, the working difficulty is reduced, the universal wheels are used for moving the device, manual carrying is omitted, carrying cost is saved, cost is reduced, practicability is improved, and popularization isfacilitated.
本发明公开了一种公路桥梁承载能力检测系统,包括方架,所述方架的内壁顶部安装测量机构,所述测量机构包括竖杆、螺纹、套板、第一厚板、弧槽、第二厚板和检测器,两个所述竖杆的底部左右两侧分别与方架的内壁左右两侧转动相连,两个所述竖杆的外壁下方均加工有螺纹。通过测量机构控制竖杆转动通过螺纹带动套板升降,实现了第一厚板的升降,可将将桥板放入加紧,省去了抬起装置的麻烦。操作简单,节省时间,提高了工作效率,通过加重机构控制圆板转动利用凹槽控制铁球下落,便于重力添加的控制,保证了检测结果,降低了工作难度,利用万向轮进行移动装置,省去了人工搬运,节省了搬运费用,降低了成本,提高了实用性,便于推广。
