The invention discloses a variable water and fertilizer integrated device and a control method thereof. The variable water and fertilizer integrated device comprises a cross beam, wherein a rotating motor is fixedly arranged below the cross beam; a stirring shaft is fixedly arranged on a central rod, and the portion, which is fixedly provided with the stirring shaft, of the central rod is arrangedin a mixing box; a rotating rod is fixedly arranged in the center of each of five first driven gears in a penetrating manner; the portions, which are fixedly provided with rotating cutters, of the rotating rods are arranged in a nitrogen fertilizer pipe, a phosphorus fertilizer pipe, a potassium fertilizer pipe, an acid adjusting fertilizer pipe and an alkaline adjusting fertilizer pipe, respectively; a filter screen is arranged in a proportioning liquid tank; and a scraper clings to the filter screen. By the variable water and fertilizer integrated device provided by the invention, a water and fertilizer mixed solution in the mixing box can be stirred, fertilizers in the fertilizer pipes are cut and smashed, impurities on the filter screen are scraped off, and the variable water and fertilizer integrated device is centralized in function. The invention further provides a control method of the variable water and fertilizer integrated device. The control method is simple to operate andis very worthy of popularization.
本发明公开了一种变量水肥一体化装置及其控制方法，包括横梁，所述横梁的下方固定设置有旋转电机，所述中心杆上固定设置有搅拌轴且固定有搅拌轴的部分设置在混合箱中；五个所述第一被动齿轮的中心处均固定贯穿设置有旋转杆，多个所述旋转杆固定有旋切刀的部分分别设置在氮肥肥料管、磷肥肥料管、钾肥肥料管、酸性调节肥料管和碱性调节肥料管中；所述配比液箱中设置有滤网，所述刮片紧贴滤网设置。本发明提供了变量水肥一体化装置，能够对混合箱中水肥混合液进行搅拌、对肥料管中的肥料进行切割粉碎以及对滤网上的杂质进行刮除，功能集中，本发明还提供了上述变量水肥一体化装置的控制方法，操作简单，非常值得推广。
