A water inlet is formed at the top of a shower head; a water outlet panel is arranged at the bottom of the shower head; one end of a shower head hose is connected with a water inlet pipe joint; the other end of the shower head hose is connected with the water inlet at the top of the shower head; the shower headhose and a movable pulley are placed in a storage housing; the shower head hose bypasses a bottom groove of the movable pulley; half of the weight of the movable pulley is greater than that of the shower head; the movable pulley naturally descends under the action of gravity, and at the same time, the shower head hose is driven to be stored in a U shape in the storage housing; a bracket is fixedto the storage housing; a shower head seat is arranged on the bracket; the shower head, under the driving of the movable pulley, is pulled up and limited to the shower head seat by the shower head hose; and the water outlet panel at the bottom of the shower head faces downwards. Compared with the prior art, the shower head device integrates a function of a top-spraying shower head and a function of a hand-held shower head, and has the function of the top-spraying shower head and the function of the hand-held shower head, and meanwhile, the shower head hose is stored without being wound and being a hindrance.
