The invention discloses an anti-scalding heat transfer printing device suitable for ceramic cups with different diameters. The anti-scalding heat transfer printing device comprises a main box, a heattransfer printing cavity with a forward opening is formed in the main box, and vertical sleeve cavities are formed in the rear side of the heat transfer printing cavity in a vertically symmetric communicating manner. An adjusting gear cavity is formed between the vertical sleeve cavities. Movable box cavities communicating with the heat transfer printing cavity forwards are symmetrically formed inthe left side and the right side of the vertical sleeve cavities. Movable boxes are in sliding fit connection with the interiors of the movable box cavities. A rotary wheel rotates to convey a transfer printing film, the probability of scalding is avoided, and the movable boxes can be transversely adjusted while a cup frame rod is vertically adjusted through an adjusting handle; and therefore thedevice is suitable for the ceramic cups with different diameters and is higher in universality; and after transfer printing is started, the movable boxes ascend to cooperate with hinged hot pressingblocks and the thrust of a clamping spring, heat conducting silica gel can be closely attached to the walls of the cups, and therefore heat transfer printing on the ceramic cups with different diameters is automatically completed.
