The high-strength impermeable anti-freezing concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400-420 parts of Portland cement, 800-850 parts of aggregate, 20-30 parts of steel fiber, 30-35 parts of cellulosefiber pre-dispersion body, 10-12 parts of silicon powder, 1-1.5 parts of nitrite, 0.5-1 part of sodium benzoate, 8-12 parts of an anti-freezing agent, 1-1.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 1.5-2 parts of an air entraining agent and 220-250 parts of water. The high-strength impermeable anti-freezing concrete has the advantages of high compressive strength and excellent impermeability and frost resistance. The invention further provides a preparation method of the high-strength impermeable anti-freezing concrete.
