The invention discloses a slip form device for bridge deck engineering construction. The slip form device comprises a connecting rod, wherein an open groove is formed in one end of the connecting rod,a first electric telescopic rod is fixedly mounted in the open groove, a telescopic end of the first electric telescopic rod penetrates through the open groove and is fixedly installed on a supporting plate arranged at the bottom, rotating rollers are fixedly hinged to two side edges of the bottom of the supporting plate, shaping mud scraping plates are symmetrically connected with surfaces of the two rotating rollers, and shaping hooks are connected with inner walls of the shaping mud scraping plates. The slip form device is advantaged in that, through a concrete slurry storage tank, a stirrer and a driving motor, cement concrete for slip form treatment is conveniently stirred and processed, and the stirred liquid is pumped and injected into the supporting plate along the cement concreteguide pipe by combining a liquid pump and is uniformly sprayed to a bridge floor protective fence needing slip form treatment from the slurry spraying head.
本发明公开了一种用于桥梁桥面工程施工的滑模装置,包括连接杆,连接杆的一端开设有开槽,开槽内固定安装设有第一电动伸缩杆,第一电动伸缩杆的伸缩端穿过开槽并与底部设有的支撑托板安装固定,支撑托板的底部两边侧均固定铰接设有转动辊,两根转动辊的表面均对称连接设有塑形刮泥板,塑形刮泥板的内壁连接设有塑形钩。本发明的有益效果是:通过设有的混凝土浆存放罐、搅拌器和驱动电机便于将用于滑模处理的水泥混凝土进行搅拌加工,结合抽液泵将搅拌好的液体顺着水泥混凝土导管进行抽取注入到支撑托板处并从泥浆喷射头处均匀的喷射在需要滑模处理的桥面防护栏处。
